Knowing your audience like the back of your hand is key to understanding what they want. Every business has an ideal target audience that fits within certain demographics and psychographics. When you dig deep and learn more about your audience, you’ll begin to understand how they think and what influences them to buy. You may even be able to get down to the bottom of when they buy and interact with your brand!
This target audience persona is divided into categories. Use this chart as a fun team-bonding exercise to really get to the bottom of who it is you should be targeting. Does your business offer its products and services at a national level or just a local level? Are your products typically bought by people with a certain level of income (meaning they’re considered a luxury)? Do you usually attract more of one gender than another? Consider these questions and create an ideal persona to help you and your employees stay on the right path. This will only benefit your business in the end by making sure that you have a strong understanding of who will invest in your business for years to come!
