What Do You Do On A Daily Basis?

Write. Every day I do some form of writing– whether it’s blogs, emails or social content. I also spend time daily making sure ad accounts are running properly and successfully.

How Do You Get Yourself Mentally Prepared For Your Job?

Have a set morning routine that includes physical activity of some kind and a strong cup of coffee! A daily dose of creativity is also important, whether it’s reading a magazine, looking at art designs or finding social media accounts that inspire me. My morning routine is essential for getting the creative juices flowing.

What Experience Have You Had In The Past That Led You Here?

I worked at a University helping assist students to pick their career paths and potential degree majors, and it got me thinking about my goals in life. This led me to take continuing education courses and found myself falling more and more in love with digital marketing. One thing led to another and now I’m here!

What Are Some Tips & Tricks To Help Make Your Job Easier?

Staying up-to-date in the industry daily! Things are always changing in the marketing industry, especially digital marketing, so staying on top of things is imperative. Getting daily email updates from a variety of marketing sources is a good way of knowing any important or dramatic changes.

Who Do You Work Closely With?

The other Content Creatives in the office, collaborating on projects and clients. I also work closely with the Account Manager to make sure the clients are happy with the work we’re producing or if anything needs to be tweaked.

What Do You Love Most About Your Job?

The ability to think outside of the box daily and help small businesses grow and flourish in this beautiful Orlando community. Working at a boutique marketing agency allows you the benefit of being really involved in the community which makes the job even more fulfilling.

What’s your favorite thing to do/ what are your hobbies?

My favorite things to do are to travel and find cute boutique hotels and to bake.

I have a deep love for the hospitality industry.

What motivates you?

Constantly growing and making myself better. I like to always be learning new things and making myself a more valuable asset.

What’s your favorite color?

Teal.

What would you tell someone who doesn’t know about marketing?

It’s a long game, don’t expect results overnight. You also need to constantly be tweaking and perfecting your message and making sure you are reaching the right people for your business.

What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned thus far?

How important it is to be detailed and thorough with keyword research. Just when you feel like you’ve done enough research, do a little more. Honing in on your niche and finding the perfect keywords is going to make your company stand out against the rest. Especially since most people are not taking to the time to be so detailed with their research.

What’s something not a lot of people know about you?

I was in ballet for 13 years until I had a knee injury and I have played the piano since I was a little girl.
