They had built real organic visibility across Melbourne, Florida, and Brevard County, and they knew the value of a digital presence for criminal defense attorneys. From passive listing to active lead channel
The firm’s GBP had presence, but it wasn’t being fully leveraged. In 2025 we optimized it as a dedicated conversion channel. Impressions grew 363% year-over-year in a year where AI search results were negatively impacting Google Business Profile listings across the board.
Profile interactions were up 348%. Direct phone calls from the profile increased 261%, and website clicks from GBP jumped 372%. The firm maintained a perfect 5-star average across all 14 reviews collected in 2025.

In 2025, we ran two campaigns – a general criminal defense search campaign, and a DUI criminal defense search campaign to focus specifically on DUI cases. Building on the firm’s existing brand recognition in Brevard County, we scaled impressions 500% and clicks 377% while keeping cost-per-conversion highly competitive for the criminal defense sector. Total ad spend of $45,535.52 drove 663 conversions at a 13.71% conversion rate, with 486 of those being direct phone calls. This was an impressive $68 cost per lead.
