Client Background

Our client is a full-service electrical contracting company serving clients throughout the Southeast. Their clientele began expanding quickly, so they hired us to do Facebook advertising and posting to find employees to grow their team. 

The Challenge

They didn’t have a ‘Careers’ page on their website and there was an area of opportunity to educate their audience on their industry and the work they do in the community.

Solution

We built-out a landing page to put on the website and started by only running one Facebook ad for them. Because we also do website updates for them, we eventually added several locations to the ‘Careers’ landing page and as of today, we currently run 4 Facebook ads for them to target specific demographics and locations.

Each Facebook ad averages around 150 landing page views per month and each month, Bright Future Electric averages around 100 goal completions. 

Data Analysis

August 2019: 5 goal completions 

January 2020: 107 goal completions

Summary & Forecast 

Each month, we re-evaluate our numbers and determine if there are any other positions or locations that need a targeted Facebook ad. We plan to continue growing their team month over month by curating creative, targeted Facebook ads and posts.
